Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and highly motivated Senior UX/UI Designer to join our growing, fully remote team. As the champion for our users, you will take ownership of the entire user experience, from initial research to final implementation. Your primary focus will be transforming our powerful SaaS platform into an intuitive and engaging tool for the non-profits we serve. You will also apply your design expertise to enhance our public-facing website, ensuring a seamless journey for all users.

You will work as a strategic partner to our Front-End Developer, product team, and QA in a fast-paced agile environment, creating designs that are not only beautiful but also feasible and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the End-to-End Design Process: Drive the entire design lifecycle, from user research and journey mapping to wireframing, high-fidelity mockups, and prototyping.

User-Centric Design for Non-Profits: Develop a deep empathy for the unique challenges and workflows of non-profit professionals, conducting research to translate their needs into elegant and effective design solutions.

Collaborate for Impact: Work side-by-side with our Front-End Developer to ensure the accurate and optimal implementation of your designs in React.

Build and Maintain a Design System: Create and manage a comprehensive design system and style guide to ensure product consistency and scalability.

Analyze and Iterate: Use user feedback, analytics, and usability testing to inform design decisions and continuously improve the user experience.

Enhance Our Public Presence: Apply UX/UI best practices to our public website (grantadvance.com) to improve visitor engagement and brand storytelling.

Requirements

4+ years of professional experience in UX/UI or Product Design, with a strong emphasis on designing complex web applications.

A strong portfolio is required. It must showcase your process and expertise in designing for SaaS platforms, data-heavy dashboards, or applications with complex user workflows.

Expert-level proficiency in modern design tools, particularly Figma .

Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and usability principles.

Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) is a significant plus, as it will enhance collaboration with our development team.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills in written and spoken English, essential for a remote team.
