Join us as a Full Stack Engineer and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our applications and systems. In this position, youâll design, develop, test, document, and maintain software within the teamâs domain. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on delivery, ensuring high-quality, user-centred solutions that meet business needs.
As a senior member of the team, youâll contribute to architectural discussions, set the pace for delivery, and mentor peers to uplift engineering practices. Youâll be a trusted expert in your domain or technology area, driving technical excellence and modernising our architecture and development practices.
What are we looking for?
Expertise in React and familiarity with other frameworks such as Angular, Vue, or Svelte is a plus.
Proficient in backend development using Microsoft .NET stack or Node.js (Express, NestJS), with experience in serverless technologies like AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
Strong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, working with microservices, and migrating from monolithic to cloud-native architectures.
Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, data modelling, and performance tuning.
Understanding of persistence technologies and system architectures, including monolithic, microservices, and serverless.
Experience with AWS cloud platform and sound knowledge of DevOps practices.
Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or related field.
Familiarity with Agile and XP practices, with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
Clear communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills and a passion for mentoring others.
