Permanent Full Time Opportunity
Weâre transforming how customers interact with insurance through digital-first experiences, and weâre looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help build the future of eClaims and Customer Portals.
In this role, youâll contribute to delivering seamless, intuitive, and human-centred digital experiences used by thousands of customers across trusted brands including Real Insurance, Australian Seniors, and RSPCA Pet Insurance.
As part of our Digital Customer Experience team, youâll design, build, and maintain customer-facing applications while collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering peers. Youâll play an important role in delivering high-quality solutions that directly impact our customersâ experiences.
What are we looking for?
Strong experience with React, with some exposure to Angular
6â7 years of commercial experience in software development
Backend development experience using .NET
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
Familiarity with microservices and modern application architectures
Experience working with SQL databases and understanding of data modelling
Exposure to AWS cloud services (e.g. Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Customer-focused mindset and passion for building meaningful digital experiences
What makes you stand out?
Experience in insurance, fintech, or regulated industries
Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
Experience with performance optimisation of customer-facing applications
Familiarity with modern testing practices (unit, integration, end-to-end)
Understanding of security best practices in web applications
