The Director of Product Management, Revenue Cycle Technology is a key product leadership role responsible for defining and delivering Greenway Health’s next generation of Revenue Cycle (RCM) technology within our Automated Health Practice. This leader will define the product vision and strategy for how intelligent automation, data, and GenAI can transform the revenue cycle experience for physician practices. This role oversees a team of product managers and works cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to build and scale innovative RCM capabilities natively within Greenway’s EHR. The Director will drive product-market fit, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and deliver measurable customer and business outcomes through modern, AI-driven technology solutions.
Essential Duties \& Responsibilities
Define and lead the RCM product strategy for Greenway’s Automated Health Practice, aligning to company vision and market opportunities in automation, analytics, and AI-assisted workflows.
Build, mentor, and lead a team of product managers, fostering a strong culture of discovery, collaboration, and accountability.
Translate customer pain points and industry trends into a clear, data-informed roadmap that accelerates revenue cycle efficiency and reduces administrative burden for healthcare practices.
Collaborate closely with engineering and design to deliver intelligent product experiences that automate key RCM tasks (eligibility, prior authorization, denials management, payments).
Leverage GenAI technologies to enhance productivity, predictive insights, and guided workflows across the revenue cycle.
Partner with sales, marketing, and client success to position new capabilities effectively, drive adoption, and deliver quantifiable value to customers.
Establish and monitor key performance metrics (e.g., user engagement, automation rates, financial ROI, client satisfaction) to ensure business and product success.
Engage with customers, advisory boards, and industry partners to validate priorities and stay ahead of regulatory and technological shifts.
Represent the product vision internally and externally, acting as the voice of the customer and an evangelist for Greenway’s innovation in revenue cycle automation.
Establish tradeoffs between internal development and business partnership activities with strategic partners-including contract negotiations and maintenance, product changes, forecasting and financials.
Collaborate with marketing to translate practice needs, market analysis, competitive analysis, and regulatory environment factors into actionable strategies and tactics for the revenue cycle product and services.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Five (5)+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
Strong understanding of the healthcare EHR landscape and its impact on revenue cycle management.

Ability to determine clear prioritization and appropriate trade-offs regarding product roadmap candidates as well as resourcing and timing.
Work Environment/Physical Demands
While at work, this position is primarily a sedentary job and requires that the associate can work in an environment where they will consistently be seated for the majority of the workday
This role requires that one can sit and regularly type on a keyboard the majority of the workday
This position requires the ability to observe a computer screen for long periods of time to observe their own and others’ work, as well as in-coming and out-going communications via the computer and/or mobile devices
The role necessitates the ability to listen and speak clearly to customers and other associates
