Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain robust backend services and APIs using Go.
Develop scalable data models and queries using PostgreSQL and Redis.
Build and optimize GraphQL APIs for performance and developer usability.
Architect services with a focus on scalability, high availability, and low latency.
Implement clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize backend performance in production environments.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
Skills Requirement
3–5 years of professional backend engineering experience.
Strong proficiency in Go, with experience building production-grade systems.
Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL optimization, and data modeling.
Hands-on experience with Redis for caching, queues, or real-time systems.
Strong knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and API design.
Experience working in fast-paced, product-focused engineering environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to system reliability and performance.
Good to Have
Experience in blockchain, DeFi, Web3, or related industries.
Solid understanding and practical experience with GraphQL.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
Knowledge of security best practices for backend and API development.
