Job Description
The Product Manager of Wealth Solutions is to lead the development and growth of the requirements on Wealth Management Platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping the product strategy, managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class digital wealth solutions for our clients. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in the rapidly evolving financial technology landscape.
Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for the Wealth Management Platforms in alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Lead the ideation, development, and launch of new features and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
Work closely with business units to understand competitor analysis, and customer feedback gathering to inform product decisions and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and go-to-market execution.
Ensure the platform adheres to regulatory requirements and industry standards, working with legal and compliance teams as necessary.
Serve as the internal and external product champion, communicating vision, updates, and benefits to stakeholders and clients.
Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and improvements based on business value and technical feasibility.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, vendors, and industry experts.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years of product and project management experience, preferably within wealth management, or financial services.
Proven track record of leading successful digital product from concept to launch in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Knowledge of financial sector and related regulatory requirements from SFC.
Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into actionable product plans and deliverables.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
