Role Overview:
As a
Senior System Engineer
, you will work cross-functionally to support international business operations and users across multiple regions, including Europe and Asia Pacific. You will play a key role in office IT infrastructure support, IT services and asset management, team leadership, and global project delivery.
This role involves hands-on technical support, people management, vendor coordination, and participation in large-scale global initiatives such as new office builds, company-wide programs, and M\&A integration projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide
1st and 2nd level IT support
via ticketing systems, phone, email, and instant messaging
Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues on
Windows and macOS environments
Support
Microsoft Office, Exchange, VPN, SharePoint
, user accounts, permissions, hardware, and mobile devices
Use
remote administration tools
to resolve issues on desktops, laptops, and printers
Ensure accurate
incident documentation, tracking, follow-up, and resolution
Manage and mentor
onsite IT support teams across Asia Pacific
Coordinate and manage
vendors
for IT project delivery
Lead or support
regional and global IT projects
, including new office setups and enterprise-wide initiatives
Update and maintain
IT policies, procedures, and operational documentation
Ensure compliance with
IT standards, policies, and processes
Requirements:
5+ years
of experience in IT roles within large enterprise environments
Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science
or equivalent practical IT experience
Strong expertise in
User Support, VIP Support, and ITIL methodology
Proven experience in
team leadership and project management
Hands-on knowledge of
Windows and macOS systems
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently, under pressure, and in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to
travel
as required
