Junior Product Manager

What You Will Do
Responsible for the management and the development of Hobs product portfolio.
The person will be in charge of the following activities:
Responsible for the management of the entire life-cycle of the product, including:
Business case definition and validation
Definition of technical specifications
Launch plan definition
Value proposition
Phase in /out strategy
Analyse consumer trends and habits in order to correctly define the value proposition and the products specifications, aiming to leadership in the competition landscape.
Analyze competitive scenario to understand product gaps through online benchmark and sell-out analysis
Analyze sell-in data to understand product performance in all the countries
Constantly collaborate with R\&D, Costs, Purchase and Logistic department along all the development process
Constant collaboration with Brand and Design team for the definition of value proposition and product aesthetics
Support business managers and markets in the definition of line-up and in removing business roadblocks if related to product
What You Need To Succeed
Must have
Critical and strategic thinking well balanced with well-organized and structured approach, being fast and responsive in daily tasks
Collaborative and proactive approach with different stakeholders
Natural talent and passion for design and major appliances industry
Acts with Passion for Consumers aiming to satisfy their needs
Education:
Degree/Master, nice to have MBA/Master in Marketing. Preferred area Marketing / Economics
Professional Experience:
Experience (1 - 3 years) in Product Portfolio development in a multinational industry/environment producing Global Brands. Ideally BTC. Industrial complex products such as White goods, Brown goods, SDA, Automotive, High Tech, Design and Furniture.
Languages:
Italian \& English
Soft Skills
Fast, reliable, autonomous, well-organized with great skills in communication and team leadership
Nice to have
Passion for Cooking
Turkish and Chinese and others language
