The IT Financial Systems team in our National Support Center (NSC) is looking for a Senior Application Developer/Integration Analyst at their Lafayette Hill, PA office.

About the Role:
The Senior Application Developer / Integration Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining HR applications with a focus on supporting critical system integrations and data processes. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and other technical professionals to ensure the successful execution of application enhancements, support activities, and system optimizations.
You will:
Design, develop, and implement, HR applications across a variety of technology platforms with a primary focus on Dayforce HCM.
Work with project managers and business stakeholders to define system scope and objectives through research and fact\-finding.
Perform application gap analyses and feasibility studies to recommend improvements or new functionality.
Develop and maintain integration processes with third\-party vendors, including support for benefit feeds, garnishments, and open enrollment files.
Conduct unit testing and assist with QA processes, including performance, regression, and user acceptance testing.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects and issues through root cause analysis.
Build and maintain system components including templates, workflows, style sheets, interfaces, data extracts/imports, and dashboards.
Lead technical efforts for specific projects or modules and serve as a subject matter expert in multiple application areas.
Support and monitor integrations with key platforms like Dayforce HCM, Data Warehouse, and Learning Management .
Maintain and enhance reporting processes such as year\-end profit\-sharing data compilations and vendor reporting.
Participate in day\-to\-day operational support activities including analytics, integrations, and issue resolution.
Ensure applications meet compliance and control requirements and complete required training programs.
Document technical specifications, solutions, and procedures for internal reference and support continuity.
Respond to ad\-hoc reporting and integration requests from business stakeholders.
Monitor and support custom export integrations with payroll and benefits vendors supporting health, life, 401k, and wellness programs.
Support year\-end open enrollment processes, including manual vendor file processing.
Maintain and update annual profit\-sharing reports.
Support and improve operational dashboards; assist with evolving requirements.
Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.
Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.
About You:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
5 or more years of experience in application development, integration, and support. HR Applications experience with a strong preference for Dayforce HCM.

Be highly customer\-focused with a proactive service orientation.
Be professional, organized, and detail\-oriented.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
Have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
Have a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
