Job Purpose:
Member of the site Technical team supporting safe, compliant and robust operations from a Process Engineering perspective.
Support the implementation of new technologies, including Process Analytical Technology (PAT) and modeling tools, to enhance manufacturing processes and ensure quality control.
Work with Product Owners and Senior Technologists for all their activities to ensure that the product is delivered to the highest levels of quality and robustness according the Product Lifecycle Management process.
Key Responsibilities:* Support new technology implementation ( for process or cleaning )
Support PAT (Process Analytical Technology) Implementation:

Assist in the deployment and development of Process Analytical Technology systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PAT into existing manufacturing processes.
Modeling Tools Utilization:
-
Work with advanced modeling tools to simulate and optimize manufacturing processes.

Analyze data from modeling tools to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
Data Analysis and Reporting:

Collect and analyze data from PAT systems and modeling tools.

Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure seamless technology integration.

Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions on technology advancements and process improvements.
Knowledge/ Education / Experience Required:* Bachelors / Masters Degree
Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.
Familiarity with data analysis and modeling tools is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
