Site reliability Engineer - Germany (Remote)

Responsibilities
Platform Engineering \& DevOps: Manage Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD (Jenkins, ArgoCD); automate with Python, Bash, Go; deploy IaC.
Monitoring \& Observability: Maintain Prometheus, Thanos, and Grafana for metrics, alerts, and dashboards.
Logging: Optimise Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana for secure, scalable log processing.
Incident Management: Participate in 24/7 on-call, troubleshoot issues, and support major incident resolution.
Security \& Compliance: Uphold security standards, documentation, and access policies.
Qualifications
Strong Linux knowledge (ideally in Kubernetes environments).
Good understanding of networking concepts and REST APIs.
Scripting/programming skills in Python, Go, or Bash.
Experience with Git workflows and CI/CD (Helm, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
Proven background in Elasticsearch and/or OpenSearch.
Fluent English communication.
Citizenship requirement: EU /NATO member states only (no dual citizenship)
Based in Germany or open to relocating under a German labour contract.
