Why This Role MattersAs a Senior Automation Tester based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we ensure quality at scale. This is not just about writing automated tests, it’s about building and enhancing automation frameworks, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines, and driving best practices across teams. Your work will directly impact delivery speed, release confidence, and the adoption of AI-assisted testing, helping us move toward smarter, faster, and more reliable quality engineering.
This is a full-time onsite role.
What You’ll Do* Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks (Selenium, Robot, Playwright).
Sprint planning \& execution
Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous delivery.
Drive standardization of automation practices across teams.
Collaborating with developers, product owners, and QA leads to ensure quality from the start.
Mentor junior testers and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions.

What You Bring* Strong experience in test automation framework development and maintenance.
Hands-on expertise with tools like Selenium, Robot Framework, Playwright (Java or similar).
Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Solid understanding of Agile processes and collaborative workflows.
Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
A proactive, improvement-driven mindset with a passion for quality.
Demonstrating excellent communication skills and can collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.
