Harley \& Marley is a fast-growing premium pet nutrition brand specialising in fish-based functional nutrition for dogs.
Our products are designed to support dogs with sensitive digestion, skin \& coat issues, and joint health, using high-quality marine ingredients and nutritionally balanced formulations.
We are now expanding rapidly through specialist pet retailers, with strong consumer loyalty and repeat purchase once dogs transition to the food.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional to help grow our presence across:
Ireland
Northern Ireland
The United Kingdom
Your focus will be onboarding independent pet retailers and specialist stores as stockists of Harley \& Marley.
This role is ideal for someone who:
Lives and breathes sales
Loves building relationships
Is not afraid of picking up the phone
Enjoys the thrill of closing new accounts
Wants real earning potential tied to performance
This is a self-employed, commission-led role, offering substantial upside for the right person.
What You'll Be Doing:
Prospecting and contacting independent pet retailers
Introducing Harley \& Marley and securing new retail stockists
Following up consistently and managing the sales pipeline
Building strong long-term relationships with store owners
Helping retailers understand the nutritional benefits of fish-based diets
Working with the founder to identify new growth opportunities
Managing your sales activity through a CRM system
What Success Looks Like
Within the first 6–12 months you will:
Build a strong pipeline of pet retail prospects
Successfully onboard multiple new retail partners
Establish Harley \& Marley as a recognised premium brand within your network
Drive consistent growth in retail distribution
Who We're Looking For
This role will suit someone who:

✔ Enjoys building genuine relationships with retailers
✔ Can manage their own time and pipeline effectively
✔ Is comfortable working remotely and independently
Bonus if you have:
Experience in the pet industry
Knowledge of pet nutrition
Existing relationships with pet retailers
But the most important thing is drive and reliability.

You might be:
A freelance sales professional
A former pet industry rep
Someone currently representing complementary brands

You must:
Be organised
Track leads in a CRM system
Follow through on commitments
Have a can-do attitude

You love dogs or cats and genuinely care about animal health.
Compensation:
This is a performance-driven role with attractive commission potential.
Structure will include:
Commission on new retail accounts
Ongoing commission on repeat orders from accounts you open
Potential bonuses linked to growth milestones
