The Role
As Data Engineering Lead, you will:
Architect and implement scalable data pipelines and solutions in Azure
Design and manage data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
Collaborate with analysts and data scientists to turn business needs into technical execution
Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, fostering best practices in DevOps and CI/CD
Drive adoption of low-code platforms (such as MS Fabric or TimeXtender) for self-service BI
Stay ahead of industry trends to introduce modern tools and approaches
Your Skills \& Experience
You bring:
Proven leadership in data engineering teams
Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure data stack
Strong understanding of data modelling, governance, and warehousing principles
Hands-on experience with ETL, scalable data pipelines, and cloud-based solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
(Bonus) Experience with Databricks and TimeXtender
