Job Description We are looking for an experienced Software Developer to join our Growth and Analytics team, playing a critical role in the implementation of new projects in the ever-changing Publishing industry and the competitive UK market. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to use and develop their coding skills while learning about technology, marketing and strategy in a young, innovative and dynamic environment amongst big players such as Amazon, Google or Apple.

Core Responsibilities
+ Work alongside analysts to maintain projects and develop new ones
+ Monitor systems and promptly resolve any issues
+ Review and improve stability of existing and future projects
+ Identify new opportunities and areas of growth based on new technology and business needs
+ Produce production level code with appropriate testing, redundancies and error handling
+ Utilise the latest technologies in the AI/ML space to build cutting edge tools
Experience
+ Demonstrable experience of professional Python skills
+ At least one web framework – Flask, FastAPI, Django, etc
+ Data manipulation with Pandas / numpy
+ Database design and best practices
+ Proven experience taking a greenfield project through a full development lifecycle
Skills + Organised and thoughtful approach to your projects
+ Able to manage your own time effectively to meet deadlines
+ Strong coding skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
+ Confidence to take ownership of your projects
+ Must be comfortable on MacOS and Linux (Ubuntu VMs)
+ Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams
+ Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work through issues independently.
