A leading global fintech firm is seeking an experienced

Product Manager

to drive the growth and innovation of its proprietary trading platforms and product lines. In this high-impact role, you’ll deliver technology solutions that enhance client experience and improve capital market efficiency across multiple global business units.

You’ll work closely on

real-time trading systems

used by both internal teams and external technology partners. This is a

client-facing position

offering full ownership across the product lifecycle — from requirements gathering and design through to delivery, support, and commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the

end-to-end product development lifecycle

, from concept through to delivery and continuous improvement.

Translate complex technical and business requirements into clear, commercially viable product solutions.

Collaborate with

sales, trading, and technology

teams to define priorities and optimize performance.

Develop a deep understanding of

capital market workflows

and transaction product functionality.

Produce clear documentation and support materials for new and existing products.

Track ROI for new features and enhancements.

Deliver

product demonstrations, training

, and day-to-day support for applications.

Skills \& Experience

5+ years

of experience in

Product Management

, ideally within financial technology or trading environments.

2+ years

of experience in

financial markets

, ideally FX or electronic trading.

Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills.

Familiarity with

Jira

,

PowerPoint

,

Excel

, and modern product management tools.

Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working across technical and business teams.

Additional language skills (e.g.,

Korean

) are advantageous.
