We are looking for a Digital Builder to lead our next phase of evolution. We license world-class publishing platforms, s we donât need you to reinvent the wheel â we need you to build the âturbochargerâ. This role is for someone who can bridge the gap between technical infrastructure (APIâs, AI, and automation) and aggressive audience growth.

You will be the architect of our future. Your mission is to take our existing infrastructure and supercharge it to drive discovery, engagement, and massive audience growth.
What Youâll Do:
AI \& Automation Strategy: Identify and deploy AI solutions to automate content workflows, personalize user feeds, and enhance our reporting across all three niches.
Platform Supercharging: Build custom layers and integrations on top of our licensed platforms to create features that our competitors donât have.
The Growth Engine: Design and execute data-driven strategies to expand our reach. You will be responsible for using tech to solve SEO, newsletter acquisition, and social distribution.
The Editorial Bridge: Collaborate with our content teams to ensure our technology solves their pain points while meeting the specific needs of a farmer in the field or a sports fan on the go.
High-Level Communication: Translate complex technical opportunities into clear, actionable growth strategies for the executive team.
Required Skills and Experience:
5+ years in digital media, product management/development, and/or growth marketing.
Proven experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Brightspot) and managing third-party integrations.
Hands-on experience implementing AI tolls to improve business processes or content reach.
Deep knowledge of SEO, newsletter growth, and social media distribution algorithms.
A portfolio or track record of âbuilding something from nothingâ or significantly scaling a digital brand.
