Your new role
A Data Centre Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting the physical infrastructure of data centers, including servers, networking equipment, and environmental systems. Their role ensures that the backbone of digital services—such as cloud platforms, search engines, and enterprise applications—runs smoothly and efficiently.
What you'll need to succeed
NV1 clearance
Experience in General hardware maintenance
Experience in Server hardware operations
Experience in Linux operating systems
Data infrastructure and networking – basic knowledge
Networking – Link diagnosis, routing, switching knowledge – basic knowledge
Data centre environment for 2 years
Good knowledge of network principles
Australian Driving Licence
Australian Citizenship
