About the Role:
They are seeking a skilled and motivated Full-Stack Developer to join their in-house technology team. In this role, you will build and enhance applications that support core construction workflows, from site operations and logistics to project planning and reporting. You will work across both front-end and back-end systems and collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital solutions that improve day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using .NET, C#, TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and developers to deliver robust, user-focused solutions.
Build and consume APIs to integrate data between systems and streamline operational workflows.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code aligned with industry best practices.
Optimise applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues across the stack.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
Stay current with emerging technologies and bring new ideas to the team.
Key Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in full-stack development using .NET / C#.
Strong front-end experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with SQL Server or other relational databases.
Experience with cloud environments (Azure or AWS) is a plus.
Strong understanding of version control tools (e.g., Git) and Agile development practices.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
