We are supporting a leading company in the
retail sector
in the search for an experienced
PHP Developer
for a long-term project. You will join a modern environment, work with a dynamic team, and have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role after the project period.

Basel-Land (1–2 days home office after onboarding)

Your Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain applications using PHP and Java.
Create and optimize SQL queries and database structures for high-performance systems.
Develop and manage APIs for internal and external integrations.
Administer and troubleshoot Linux-based environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust IT solutions.
Provide on-call support during agreed evenings and weekends to ensure system availability.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation processes.
Your Profile
Proven experience in PHP and Java development.
Strong knowledge of advanced SQL and relational database design.
Hands-on experience with API development and integration.
Proficiency in Linux OS administration.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to provide on-call support during evenings/weekends as per schedule.
Fluency in English and French
Nice to Have: • Experience in logistics or supply chain IT systems. • Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
