Here, you’ll be the engineer who

lays the AI cornerstone

of a fast-scaling SaaS platform. Multiple platforms are being unified into one international product — and you’ll design the

first standalone AI service

that powers it. Every workflow you build will directly shape how courses are created, scaled, and delivered across Europe.

Job Description:

As an AI Engineer, you’ll take full ownership of designing and building an

agentic AI service

. You’ll combine LLMs, retrieval, and observability to make AI workflows reliable, auditable, and reusable.

Agent-first

– Build agentic workflows with LLMs, MCP and retrieval

Infrastructure

– Integrate indexing (OpenAI now, self-hosted later)

Reliability

– Design guardrails, logging, and monitoring for safe AI

APIs \& docs

– Deliver clean APIs and documentation for other teams

Impact

– Define how AI is embedded in the platform for years to come

Job Requirements:

2+ years building

agentic systems

(LLMs, RAG, MCP, retrieval workflows)

Strong coding in

Python

Experience with indexing (OpenAI, Pinecone, Meilisearch)

API design skills and a documentation-first mindset

Pragmatic, curious, able to translate workflows into agent architectures

Fluent in English

(Dutch is a plus)
