Are you a passionate coder looking to scale high-quality products within a fast-paced, ambitious environment? We are looking for a talented Front End Engineer to join a growing team where you will take ownership of the user interface using a modern tech stack of React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
The Role
Lead hands-on Front End development, building slick and responsive interfaces using React and Tailwind CSS.
Architect and implement scalable, high-quality product front ends that deliver a seamless user experience for customers.
Collaborate closely with backend engineers and product designers to bridge the gap between technical implementation and visual design.
Tackle complex engineering challenges in a fast-moving startup environment, ensuring code is performant and maintainable.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, sharing best practices in TypeScript and modern JavaScript development.
What You'll Need
Proven experience working in an ambitious, fast-paced startup or scale-up environment is essential.
Deep expertise in React and TypeScript with a strong eye for UI/UX using Tailwind CSS.
Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and a commitment to building well-tested, scalable software solutions.
A genuine passion for coding and a collaborative mindset, thriving in a team where you can influence the product direction.
Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available) and the ability to commute to the Central London office at least one day per week.
