Required:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or mathematics
8-10 years of Java. Have a knowledge of at least one of the other most common development languages would be a plus (C/C++, JavaScript, Python)
Knowledge of the most common software technologies and design patterns
Development experience on multiple projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and ensure project success
Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team, communicate technical information clearly, and collaborate with various stakeholders
Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams of business analysts, developers, data scientists, and subject matter experts
The work location is in Rome and that the applied working model is partially in presence, on a weekly basis. Must be available and willing to follow the model

What will you do:
Work in tandem with our engineering team to identify and implement the most optimal cloud-based solutions for the company
Develop product features for a scalable and innovative product
Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful design
