Job Description

We have an exciting role as a Data Integration Analyst with Healix in Esher.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, you will be part of the Data Integration team responsible for the timely delivery of data integrations covering Travel Risk Management data from intermediary data processing companies and end user organisations. The integrations delivery also over-arches Single Sign On and Employee data integrations with Clients and Third-Party Travel Management Companies (TMCs). The Data Integration team is part of the Customer Success team, responsible for the smooth onboarding of new clients and additional services for existing clients. The role is hands-on and client-facing, working closely with internal teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

What we are looking for:

Prior experience: previous experience supporting existing operational integrations; experience analysing data handshake processes; experience analysing hierarchical files in form of xml and json source data files; advanced experience level and understanding of methods used investigating data integration issues; experience implementing new data integrations, as well as guiding and advising on benefits \& drawbacks of different integration methods.

Technical acumen and knowledge: familiarity with database management tools and utilities used for interrogating data sources; advanced understanding of SQL; understanding of SDLC in relation to data integration implementations; familiarity with test cycle management, test script execution, and logging defects and issues found during test cycles; the ability to identify and propose technical improvements for existing and new integration initiatives. Good understanding of GDPR and Data Privacy as it relates to data protection.

Tools proficiency: proficiency in MS, SQL Management Studio, MS Desktop Productivity Tools including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; familiarity with Jira, Confluence, SSRS, Power BI and Test Rail (Test Management System).

Communication skills: the ability to consider technical situations, queries, or enquiries and advise and guide based on knowledge and understanding of Healix integration methods; the ability to influence through reasoned arguments and effectively communicate technical matters to non-technical users; the ability to confidently present ideas within a matrix structure to diverse audiences across varying levels of seniority.

Management skills: the ability to drive agile projects; the ability to manage time and complete tasks efficiently; the ability to manage multiple workstreams and activities concurrently.

Successful application of these skills and the ability to deliver sustainably against agreed objectives, KPIs or other performance metrics.

Relevant qualifications

Ideally we are looking for a candidate with a degree or equivalent.

Due to the nature of the role, flexibility of working hours to accommodate client needs is essential.

Successfully deliver data and SSO integrations within agreed SLAs and timelines.

Resolve integration issues.

Plan and proactively communicate the integration process, timelines and status updates to internal colleagues, senior management, Clients and Third Parties.

Control and report costs related to integrations.

Required Criteria

Confidence with working across Excel and SQL large datasets

Experience dealing directly with senior management and clients

Tools proficiency in MS, SQL, Management Studio, Jira, Confluence, SSRS, PowerBI and Test Rail

Desired Criteria

Knowledge of medical and travel assistance
