About the Role

The primary purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the Risk Management team and the Head of Risk Management.

This role involves a broad range of administrative and coordination tasks, including managing financial processes such as invoices and purchase orders, supporting project coordination, and handling general team administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Microsoft Planner tasks, monitoring the team inbox, and coordinating team meetings. They may also act as a key point of contact for the team, and take on other duties as agreed with their manager.

About you

As the Risk Administrator, you have a relevant qualification in business administration, or similar experience, you have strong coordination and administrative experience within a large team, you are able to work within and across interconnected teams to support their work, and have excellent attention to detail and time management. Additionally, you have strong communication skills and an expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Due to its part-time nature, this role would be best suited to a highly organised and proactive individual who can take initiative and work independently. Knowledge and experience of risk management processed and practice is a plus.
