About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and business-driven Marketing Manager to lead all marketing, brand, and customer growth initiatives across the organization. This role is critical in shaping how our brand connects with consumers, drives engagement, and builds long-term trust.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership \& Brand Development
Develop and execute a comprehensive B2C marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives and growth targets.
Lead brand development efforts and ensure consistent communication of brand identity, positioning, and tone across all channels.
Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and expansion.
2. Consumer Marketing \& Campaign Management
Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, offline, and partnership-based) to drive awareness, acquisition, and retention.
Build go-to-market strategies for new products, services, initiatives, and promotional programs.
Track campaign performance and optimize through data-driven insights.
3. Digital Marketing \& Performance Growth
Lead digital initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, website management, CRM, and content strategy.
Drive conversion-focused activities and optimize customer journeys based on analytics and user behavior.
Manage external agencies and partners to ensure strong ROI and high-quality outputs.
4. Customer Experience \& Retention
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with the overall customer experience.
Develop CRM and loyalty programs that enhance engagement and repeat usage.
Leverage data analytics to personalize communication and improve customer lifetime value.
5. Leadership \& Team Development
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team across brand, digital, creative, and communications functions.
Oversee marketing budgets, forecast spending, and report performance metrics to the leadership team.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
Qualifications \& Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role within consumer-facing environments.
Proven success in brand strategy, digital growth, and integrated marketing execution.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
Fluency in Vietnamese and English.
