About the Role

We’re hiring a PM / Sr. PM – Growth to drive product-led growth for our health services marketplace. Your mandate is to use data to find the highest-impact opportunities and ship features/experiments that improve acquisition, activation, conversion to booking, retention, and revenue. You will create a growth roadmap strictly tied to measurable outcomes - without a fixed playbook. SQL and Excel are must-haves. SEO, Conversation Marketing are required as one of several growth levers.

Key Responsibilities

Own growth strategy and OKRs; tie initiatives directly to target metrics (e.g., sign-ups, activation, conversion, retention, LTV/CAC).

Perform deep-dive analyses (funnels, cohorts, category performance) using

SQL

and

Excel

; size opportunities and define hypotheses.

Prioritize and deliver features and experiments end to end; run A/B tests and synthesize learnings into repeatable growth loops.

Ensure clean instrumentation, event taxonomy, and reliable dashboards; partner with data for accuracy and visibility.

Collaborate across engineering, design, data, marketing/CRM, SEO/content, and operations to execute at speed.

Monitor market, user feedback, and provider needs to inform category focus and ongoing prioritization.

Requirements

2–7 years

in product management with a strong

product led growth

track record (owning major growth metrics).

Must-have:

Hands-on

SQL

and

Excel/Sheets

; comfort with analytics and A/B testing tools

SEO (required, balanced): Working knowledge to drive impactful changes when appropriate

Strong discovery, prioritization, and delivery; crisp specs and post-launch readouts linked to KPIs.

Clear communication in English (IELTS \= 7.0 or above or equivalent of that)

Degree in Engineering/Technology/Business/Economics (or equivalent experience);

High attention to detail; familiarity with Figma and agile practices

Nice to Have

Marketplace or healthcare/health-tech experience; SEA market exposure.

Background in retention/engagement, monetization, pricing/merchandising

Ability to prototype in Figma.
