About the team:

In the role of Product Discovery \& Delivery Manager (f/m/d) at group.one, you drive end-to-end product delivery by combining discovery and delivery practices to ensure we build the right things and build them right. Your role ensures that product decisions are guided by data, validated through experimentation, and delivered with high quality to achieve meaningful customer and business impact.

Your Responsibilites:

Discovery:

Outcome-Driven Backlog \& Validation – Cultivate and prioritize the backlog around OKRs, business impact, and validated opportunities through experiments, A/B tests, and customer insights.

Evidence-Based Problem Framing – Partner with Product Managers to define and refine problem statements, success metrics, and hypotheses, challenging assumptions with data-driven insights.

Lean Solution Exploration – Apply lean discovery approaches to balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business viability when shaping potential solutions.

Delivery:

Backlog \& Readiness – Translate priorities into refined user stories with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring technical readiness and alignment with strategy.

Coordination \& Execution – Coordinate development efforts, manage smooth handoffs from discovery to delivery, and oversee release readiness with QA and Technical Leads.

Quality \& Communication – Maintain transparent stakeholder communication while ensuring deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria and quality standards.

Your Profile:

Language skills: Excellent English language skills (verbal and written). German language skills are nice to have.

Technical Background: You have a solid understanding of software development processes, engineering practices and technical concepts.

Product Management Knowledge: You are familiar with product management principles and backlog management techniques.

Communication Skills: You have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Project Management Skills: You have experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-Solving Abilities: You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on technical problem resolution.

Team Collaboration: You have excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.

Salary:

The minimum annual gross salary for this position is € 60.000,- (incl. an overtime allowance of 20 hours) for 38.5 hours/week. Actual compensation can be above this, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
