We are expanding our Sales \& Marketing team to further strengthen customer engagement and market development through structured programs and data-driven initiatives.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Program Manager to lead our academic, training, and marketing initiatives, while enhancing customer lifecycle engagement and overall customer experience. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Operations, offering a unique opportunity to shape programs that directly contribute to growth and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Programs \& Partnerships
Build and manage long-term relationships with universities and training centers.
Develop repeatable outreach and partnership playbooks.
Track adoption and engagement in the student community and report on growth.
2. Training Program Ownership
Own the annual training calendar, sales goals, and program evolution based on market feedback.
Streamline logistics (registrations, communications, and certifications).
Drive attendance through targeted campaigns and lead nurturing.
Design and execute a structured acquisition funnel for students.
3. Lifecycle Marketing \& Campaigns
Collaborate with Marketing to plan, launch, and measure campaigns (email, social media, promos).
Report on campaign ROI and key performance indicators.
Partner with Sales to manage renewal and upsell campaigns and monitor conversion metrics.
4. Customer Onboarding \& Expansion
Enhance onboarding for new customers and identify upsell opportunities.
Launch targeted offers to expand existing accounts and improve retention.
5. Data \& Reporting
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) across programs.
Build lightweight dashboards and deliver monthly insights on:
Academic growth
Training sales and attendance
Marketing performance (ROI)
Renewal and upsell activity
Profile \& Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in project management, account management, or sales/marketing operations.
Experience in the software industry or a technology-driven environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
Analytical mindset: comfortable tracking data, interpreting performance metrics, and presenting results.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) required; additional languages are a plus.
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and marketing automation systems.
Experience in managing social media campaigns (e.g., X, Reddit, LinkedIn) is a plus.
Based in Belgium (Liège area preferred).
