Hexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division
(Hexagon) is seeking a passionate and skilled
Azure Cloud Engineer
to join our United States based team and help us design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud solutions. As an Azure Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing cloud\-based systems and services using Microsoft Azure. You will work closely with cross\-functional teams to implement DevTest Labs, develop CI/CD pipelines, and manage deployment stacks and networking components. Your expertise will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our cloud infrastructure.
Design and implement Azure\-based solutions tailored to business needs.
Set up and manage Azure DevTest Labs to streamline development and testing processes.
Configure and manage deployment stacks to support application scaling and performance.
Implement and maintain robust Azure networking solutions, including VNETs, subnets, and firewalls.
Monitor Azure resources to ensure optimal performance and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to integrate best practices.
Provide troubleshooting and technical support for cloud services and applications.
Document solutions, processes, and best practices for internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be located in the Central or Eastern time zone.
Education / Qualifications
2\+ years of proven experience as an Azure Cloud Engineer or similar role.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure services, including DevTest Labs, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment stacks.
Comprehensive knowledge of Azure networking components and configurations.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep.
Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Excellent problem\-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
The ideal candidate will be located in the Central or Eastern time zone.
