We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to our internal users. You will support and maintain desktop systems, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure the smooth operation of end-user IT services.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day technical support for desktop computers, applications, and related technology.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Respond to support tickets, phone calls, emails, and in-person requests in a timely manner.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights using Active Directory.
Maintain an inventory of all hardware and software assets.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams.
Document support processes and issue resolutions.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, IT Technician, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11), Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
