The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced

Python Developer with ML/GenAI expertise

to join one of our high‑performance AI squads. In this role, you will help design, develop, and optimize AI‑driven components—including machine learning pipelines, prompt engineering frameworks, and supporting library infrastructure—for enterprise-scale applications.

What You’ll Do

Work as part of a machine learning squad focused on building AI solutions using ML and Generative AI technologies.

Develop, enhance, and maintain an internal Python library used across AI initiatives.

Provide day‑to‑day support for the library and ensure stability, reliability, and best‑in‑class engineering practices.

Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality Python code aligned with enterprise architecture and business requirements.

Collaborate with SMEs, product owners, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Participate in prompt engineering activities, including creation, refinement, documentation, and optimization.

Keep prompts updated as new LLM versions and capabilities are released.

Conduct regular testing, evaluation, and performance monitoring of AI components.

Run benchmarking experiments to assess prompt and model performance.

Contribute to ongoing monitoring and operational excellence across the AI ecosystem.

What You Bring to the Table

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

5+ years of hands‑on experience developing Python applications.

Strong foundation in object‑oriented programming and design patterns.

Experience designing architectures for enterprise-grade applications.

Understanding of system resiliency, observability, scalability, and performance requirements.

Prior involvement in Agile delivery teams.

Strong analytical mindset and a passion for solving complex problems.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Expert-level Python development

Architecture design (enterprise applications)

Object‑oriented principles \& design patterns

Testing, performance analysis \& ongoing monitoring

Prompt engineering fundamentals

Agile methodologies

Skills Desired

Experience with OpenAI and other LLM models, including testing and performance evaluation

Java development experience

Exposure to machine learning workflows and vector databases

Cloud development—preferably in Microsoft Azure

Prior experience in FinTech environments

Experience working with globally distributed delivery teams
