As a Central Planning Manager, you drive the Operations Planning process within our Global S\&OP. You ensure optimal product availability, balanced inventory levels, and cost efficient global supply structures. Working closely with Business Units, production plants, and regional planning teams, you translate demand signals into actionable capacity, production, and allocation plans.
This full time position is available immediately. Required travel is up to 10%.
What You'Ll Do You will own the operations planning process within Hiltiâs Global S\&OP, ensuring alignment between demand, production, and distribution across a global product portfolio.
Your responsibilities include consolidating demand requirements and translating them into feasible capacity and production plans in close collaboration with production plants and Business Unit stakeholders. You will manage central availability allocation and distribution in line with the tactical planning cycle, balancing service, inventory, and cost targets.
Youâll be accountable for product availability, global inventory performance, COGS, and OPEX development for your portfolio. By conducting root cause analyses, you will identify performance gaps and lead improvement actions to enhance end-to-end supply chain reliability.
Working in an international planning environment, you will partner with Business Units, Global Logistics, process management, regional planning teams, and suppliers to continuously improve service levels and overall supply chain performance.
WHAT YOUâLL BRING
We are looking for someone with strong analytical capabilities, a passion for Planning, and an international mindset. Essential requirements include:
Masterâs degree (preferably in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field); APICS CPIM/CSCP is a plus.
3+ years of experience in Demand or Supply Planning in a global or regional setup, ideally with Central Planning exposure.
Strong analytical and quantitative mindset with high attention to detail.
Collaborative team player with structured problem solving skills and the ability to work in fast changing environments.
Experience with SCM systems (SAP R/3, APO, BI, Blue Yonder/JDA).
Excellent communication skills; fluent English required, German is a plus
