What Youâll Be Doing:
Marketing Design
Design static and animated visuals for HubSpot email campaigns and digital marketing.
Collaborate with content and marketing teams to produce branded collateral (decks, PDFs, one-pagers).
Layout marketing guides, downloads, and campaign assets.
Web \& Digital Design Support
Contribute to landing pages, product visuals, and lightweight animations.
Support ongoing website design projects in Webflow (preferred experience).
Maintain design consistency across digital channels aligned with brand standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with marketing and sales teams to design pitch decks and internal presentations.
Work asynchronously via Figma, Slack, and Notion.
Participate in product design discussions for better brand alignment.
â Who You Are:
5+ years of professional experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing digital, marketing, and brand work.
Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Hands-on experience designing visuals for HubSpot email campaigns.
Knowledge of Webflow or other CMS platforms (preferred).
Strong storytelling and layout skills across digital formats.
Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently.
Bonus Points
Experience with video editing tools (GIFs, reels, or AI-enhanced tools).
Familiarity with animation software (After Effects, Lottie).
Previous experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or logistics/tech companies.
