We’re looking for a curious and detail-oriented
Junior Data Engineer
to join our data team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who enjoy building and maintaining data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Assist in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows.
Support integration of data from multiple internal and external sources.
Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and engineers to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Monitor and optimize data flows for performance and reliability.
Participate in data cleaning, transformation, and modeling tasks.
Document data processes, workflows, and best practices.
✅ Requirements
0–2 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related projects/internships.
Basic proficiency in
SQL
and at least one programming language (
Python, Java, or Scala
).
Familiarity with ETL tools, data warehouses, or cloud platforms (
AWS, Azure, GCP
) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in an on-site, collaborative environment.
Fluent in English; Mandarin or Malay is a plus.
Legally eligible to work full-time in Singapore.
