About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining the server-side logic, databases, and APIs to ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications. You will work closely with the front-end team and other stakeholders to develop scalable and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain backend applications and services
Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
Design and manage databases, ensuring data security and performance
Collaborate with front-end developers and product teams
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
Implement scalable and high-performance architecture
Maintain documentation for development and processes
Stay updated with emerging backend technologies and best practices
Skills \& RequirementsTechnical Skills
Strong experience in backend programming languages such as:
Node.js / Python / Java / PHP / Go (choose as per your need)
Experience with frameworks like Express.js, Django, Spring Boot, Laravel, etc.
Proficiency in SQL \& NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
Strong understanding of API design, microservices architecture, and security
Experience with version control (Git)
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (preferred)
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS / Azure / Google Cloud (preferred)
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
Excellent communication \& collaboration skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Relevant certifications are a plus
