Job Description

You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of product strategic initiatives and new features for a cutting-edge digital wellness platform. You will oversee health and wellness ecosystem projects, ensuring they meet business requirements, quality standards, timelines, and dependencies as defined by subject matter experts and relevant business stakeholders.

Your Role:

Launch new product and app functionality initiatives designed to provide optimal features and usability in digital wellness services.

Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development.

Demonstrate a proven ability to provide innovative solutions that align with business objectives, leveraging digital technologies, AI-driven personalization, and creative approaches to deliver best-in-class features in health and wellness ecosystems.

Champion customer centricity by deeply understanding and mapping user journeys, ensuring that product features and workflows are user-friendly, intuitive, and meet customer expectations from wireframes to launch.

Collaborate with IT teams, external partners, design, marketing, and compliance stakeholders to define product requirements, functional specifications, and ensure successful execution of product initiatives.

Work closely with the IT team to ensure the features are feasible, effective, and meet business objectives.

Ensure effective partner management by establishing clear communication channels, defining performance metrics, conducting regular evaluations, and maintaining compliance with contractual obligations and regulations (e.g., data privacy standards).

Draft and evaluate product specifications and UAT documentation.

Manage the product development lifecycle with multiple stakeholders from initiative to post-implementation, acting as a hybrid BA/PM to handle requirements gathering, risk assessment, and timeline oversight.

Define and track key performance indicators (e.g., user retention, engagement metrics, satisfaction scores) to measure product success and inform future enhancements.

Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, including executive leadership, and gather feedback to refine product direction.

Serve as a Scrum Master by facilitating Agile ceremonies, leading cross-functional teams, resolving impediments, and fostering continuous improvement with a focus on optimizing user journeys.

To Succeed in This Role:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

6+ years of product and digital management and development experience, with a focus on HealthTech, InsurTech, or digital wellness services.

Extensive experience in digital platforms, e-business, health services, wellness integrations, and related projects, with a background in project management.

Solid understanding of digital product development processes, including Agile methodologies, user experience design, AI-driven features, and proficiency in relevant technologies to effectively contribute to the creation and enhancement of user-centric solutions.

Proven track record of successfully launching and managing health or wellness-related products throughout the product lifecycle.

Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, data privacy, and industry trends.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently, with excellent time management skills to manage multiple initiatives and projects.

Possesses strong communication, problem-solving, project management, business analysis, architecture design, process integration, and customer empathy abilities, with a focus on user journey optimization.

Experience with Agile methodologies and product tools (e.g., JIRA, Figma, analytics tools).
