Role description:
Detached: After one year of detachment, a free transfer to a permanent position is offered.

This position is for a Test Automation Engineer with demonstrable experience setting up and maintaining test automation within Java environments.
The core of the role
is test automation based on Gherkin, Cucumber, and BDD. The team operates under a DevOps approach, where testing is integrated into the development lifecycle. The focus is on regression testing, automating end-to-end tests, and testing microservices and REST APIs.
Required Expertise:
Gherkin: minimum 4 years
Test automation in Java with Cucumber: at least 4 years
TDD and/or BDD methodology: at least 4 years
4 years of experience with one or more testing tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress or Robot Framework
REST API testing and development: at least 3 years
OAuth2: minimum 2 years of experience in implementation or testing
Jenkins pipelines: 3 years
Maven: 3 years
Git: 5 years
Scrum Master competence present within the team (3 years of experience).
Method and commitment
Location: Zwolle, approximately two days a week on location
Participation in incident management and on-call services is possible in consultation
Collaboration within a multidisciplinary DevOps team
