Job Description
Collaborate with different squads to assess their current testing practices, tools, and workflows.
Define and implement a customized test roadmap for each squad, focusing on best practices and continuous improvement to achieve the test strategy of the Tribe.
Provide support to squads in the adoption and integration of test practices and test automation.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate teams on testing methodologies.
Monitor and review the progress of each squad's test journey, providing guidance and adjustments as needed.
This all in a good collaboration with the (Agile and Devops) coaches inside the organisation
The existing platform covers :
Testing strategy
Testing tools: unit testing, test automation, service virtualization, performance testing, test management
Feature quality owner of cross squad/Tribe initiatives, where you will setup the test approach and follow up the status. Align with all involved parties, and do a proper reporting.
Education
Master or equivalent by experience
Required Experience
At least 8 years of relevant experience
Technical Experience
Mandatory
Knowledge of banking/insurance sector is an asset
Experience in implementation of test strategy, test automation
Thorough experience working in or with Agile development teams
Hands-on experience with Octane, Java programming • Git version control • Cucumber with Junit • Selenium WebDriver • Page Object Model • Test automation best practices, others.
