We are seeking a highly skilled and results‑driven
Data Analyst
to join our data and analytics team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and a proven ability to translate business needs into scalable data solutions. This role involves working across diverse data sources, building robust data models, and driving insights that support strategic decision‑making.
Note: Candidate should have Valid “Right to Work” and should be available in Ireland.

Primary Responsibilities:
Data Integration \& Engineering
· Integrate heterogeneous data sources using Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
· Build and maintain ETL pipelines to support enterprise‑wide data flows.
· Develop and implement data cleansing processes to ensure data quality and consistency.
· Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing data systems for performance and reliability.
Data Modelling \& Architecture
· Perform data modelling (Enterprise Data Warehouse) for new and existing data sources.
· Analyse and translate business requirements into long‑term solution data models.
· Work closely with development teams to create conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
· Implement data strategies and maintain metadata models.
· Review and update existing systems to ensure cross‑compatibility and alignment with best practices.
· Evaluate implemented data systems for variances, discrepancies, and efficiency.
Collaboration \& Delivery
· Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data solutions.
· Drive results through proof‑of‑concepts (POCs) and iterative solution development.
· Develop and enforce best practices for data coding and modelling across the team.
Required Qualifications:
· Graduation in Information Technology/ Computer Science
· Minimum 8 years of experience
· Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
· Hands‑on experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and modern data engineering tools.
· Proven experience in SaaS environments.
· Strong stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly.
· Demonstrated ability to drive results, deliver POCs, and influence decision‑making.
· Solid understanding of data warehousing, data modelling, and ETL best practices.
· Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing data systems.
