Job Description

What you'll do
Develop, test, and implement ERP system enhancements and Business AI initiatives
Assist in the validation of an AI-powered invoice processing solution
Assist in developing user requirements, training materials, and conducting user training sessions for end users
Provide support in following up and communicating with vendors and internal users
Handle other ad hoc projects and assignments
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
Students of tertiary institution in Information System, Information Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
Demonstrated interest in business analytics and system development cycle management
Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., DevOps, Jira) and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Python) is an advantage
Knowledge of ERP systems will be an advantage
Mature, self-motivated, analytical and a good problem solver. Able to learn new systems and programming language
Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
Proactive, independent, ability to work in a fast-paced and able to work under pressure.
Candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of AI, or experience and ability to apply Generative AI tools in their work, will be preferred
Note:

2. This is a position of Part-time internship programme of 9 months.

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the post when selecting the suitable candidates. A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered. The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis.
