Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to assess business processes, identify gaps, and recommend technology-driven improvements.
Design and implement enterprise-grade IT solutions across infrastructure, cloud, and application environments.
Lead IT transformation initiatives including system integration, migration, and modernization projects.
Evaluate existing IT architectures and propose robust, scalable, and secure solutions.
Manage full project lifecycles—requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and support.
Provide expert advice on emerging technologies (e.g., cloud computing, cybersecurity, automation, data analytics).
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, system engineers, and network specialists.
Develop technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and best practice guidelines.
Conduct performance tuning, optimization, and technology audits for enterprise clients.
Ensure all IT solutions comply with industry security standards and governance frameworks.
Support pre-sales and proposal activities by preparing solution blueprints and technical presentations.
Required Technical Skills:
Operating Systems: Windows Server, Linux (Red Hat / Ubuntu / CentOS).
Cloud Platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Networking: LAN/WAN configuration, VPNs, firewalls, network security architecture.
Database Systems: SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle DB.
System Administration: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
Cybersecurity: Endpoint protection, IAM, vulnerability management, SIEM solutions.
Enterprise Applications: ERP/CRM (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics).
DevOps Tools: Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform.
Scripting \& Automation: PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting.
Backup \& Disaster Recovery: Veeam, Commvault, Azure Backup, AWS Backup.
ITIL Framework: Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Master’s Degree or relevant certifications (optional but preferred).
