Design and deliver scalable data solutions using Azure Data Services, Microsoft Fabric, and C# .NET
Create robust, maintainable data models to power analytics and product development across financial services
Optimize existing data systems and pipelines to improve performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Drive end-to-end implementation of financial domain data solutions - from ingestion and transformation through governance and consumption - ensuring reliability, security, compliance, and performance across critical systems.
Migrate legacy financial services data systems to cloud-native architectures delivering resilient, compliant, and cost‑efficient infrastructure.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, business leaders, analysts, and engineers to understand data needs and translate them into high-quality scalable architectures
Establish and enforce data engineering standards for data governance, quality, observability, and documentation across the stack
Provide technical leadership, coaching, and career development for data engineers and drive technical excellence and innovation across engineering efforts.
What you'll bring to the team...:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience.
8 years minimum related work experience
7+ years of proven experience designing, implementing, and leading enterprise-scale data solutions
Deep expertise in Azure Cloud Technologies and Data Services - Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, and modern data and AI architecture patterns
Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps for data, and infrastructure-as-code
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to lead teams while remaining hands-on with complex technical challenges
Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and mentoring others

Hands on experience with .Net
