Assistant Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out \& Construction (Interior Design Background Preferred)

Location: Hong Kong

Employment Type: Full-time

Our client, a leading construction and interior design firm, is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support and manage interior fit-out and construction projects . This role is ideal for candidates with experience in project coordination, site supervision, and interior design project management who are ready to step up in their careers.

Candidates with stronger experience will be considered for a Project Manager role.

Responsibilities Assist in managing full project cycle of interior fit-out and construction works

Conduct site inspections, take measurements, and monitor project progress

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and design teams

Handle project scheduling, cost control, quality standards, and safety compliance

Manage A\&A works, E\&M coordination, tendering, renovation, and reinstatement projects

Prepare project safety documents in line with regulations

Support FF\&E and material specification aligned with design requirements

Resolve site issues quickly and professionally

Use AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, V-Ray, or 3D Max for drawings and visualisation

Requirements Experience in interior fit-out project management and site coordination

Interior design project experience highly preferred

Knowledge of Hong Kong building codes and construction safety regulations

Hands-on experience in A\&A works, tendering, reinstatement, and E\&M

Proficiency in AutoCAD; 3D rendering software knowledge is an advantage

Able to manage multiple projects under deadlines and budget constraints

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Immediate availability is an advantage
