Commercial Banking – Chief Administration Office

Hang Seng’s Commercial Banking business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies.

For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Client Services Manager.

Principal responsibilities

Lead comprehensive process reviews and reengineer the customer onboarding process flow to identify and implement streamlining opportunities, enhancing the overall customer experience.

Drive end-to-end project delivery for New to Bank process improvement initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution.

Perform workflow analysis across other operational processes to identify further improvement areas and support operational efficiency.

Oversee governance activities and collaborate closely with Operations to ensure service delivery aligns with business expectations and standards.

Produce and manage management information (MI), regular updates to Regional and Group offices, and prepare management reports, presentations, papers, and periodic updates for the senior management.

Requirements

University degree in Business Administration or related disciplines

Proven years of work experience in providing high standard of customer service and project management preferred

Knowledge in commercial banking, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) / Know Your Customer (KYC) regulatory requirements on corporate customers

Project management experience is highly preferred, with a proven track record of delivering process improvements

Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues and develop practical solutions

Strong self-motivation, with good communication and interpersonal skills

High level of attentiveness to detail, with strong business sense and ability to make sensible business judgments

High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers

Proficiency in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
