Commercial Banking - Corporate Wealth and Sales Management

For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Propositions Manager, Investment \& Insurance Propositions.
Principal responsibilities
Drive products and formulate business tactics and propositions for investment, life insurance and general insurance across Commercial Banking segments
Develop and launch tailor-made products, distinct selling propositions, sales development initiatives and promotion campaigns to achieve agreed business goals
Establish efficient sales processes while observing internal and regulatory rules and guidelines for full compliance
Effectively manage third party / in-house insurers and product manufacturers, sales operations and product compliance
Coordinate the approval of new products/enhancement of existing products, on-going product review according to internal policies and frameworks
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline
Proven experience in commercial banking and investment/insurance business
Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision making and decision makers
Strong analytical and project management skills
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
Proficiency in both English and Chinese
