Job Summary:

As a Full Stack Software Engineer (Mid-level), you’ll design, build, and operate modern frontend and backend systems used by advisers across Australia. You’ll work across the full stack — from user experience through to APIs and cloud infrastructure — in a team that moves with pace, values quality, and focuses on delivering real outcomes.

You’ll also gain exposure to emerging technologies, including AI‑enabled and agentic systems, as we continue to build smarter, more efficient experiences for our users.

Responsibilities:

Build modern product experiences (Frontend)

Build and maintain web applications using Vue.js, TypeScript, Vue Query, and Tailwind CSS

Create intuitive, responsive user interfaces with a strong focus on usability and performance

Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and AI-powered services

Deliver reliable services (Backend)

Design and develop backend services using .NET and C#

Build and maintain RESTful APIs that support core business workflows

Design efficient PostgreSQL schemas and queries

Apply secure authentication, authorisation, and data-handling practices

Operate in the cloud (Platform)

Deploy, run, and support applications across GCP, AWS, and Azure

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native solutions

Monitor system health, troubleshoot production issues, and improve reliability and performance

Contribute to AI-enabled delivery

Support features using agentic AI patterns, including workflow orchestration, embedded assistants, and intelligent automation

Work with senior engineers to design, test, and operate practical, production-ready AI solutions

Requirements:

You’re a builder who enjoys shipping software, learning continuously, and improving systems step by step.

Hands-on experience with Vue.js and modern TypeScript development

Backend experience using .NET / C# and relational databases such as PostgreSQL

Experience deploying and supporting applications in at least one cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure)

Curiosity about AI agents and intelligent automation, and interest in applying them to real-world problems

A collaborative working style, with clear communication and a willingness to learn from others
