We’re looking for a talented and versatile Full Stack Engineer
to design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend components of our applications. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy building end-to-end solutions, collaborating across teams, and delivering high-quality software in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications across the full stack (frontend and backend)
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality user experiences
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability
Contribute to architecture and design discussions
Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with standards
Help improve development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and team processes

Requirements
Junior–Mid-Level (0–4+ years)
Experience in software development with both frontend (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and backend (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, C#) technologies
Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and API development
Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative workflows
Understanding of web architecture, HTTP, and RESTful services
Experience with cloud platforms, deployment pipelines, or containerization is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
General Requirements
Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Fluent in English
Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time
