About The Role
This is a client-facing sales role where you will drive growth across the agricultural market segment, managing and growing sales of products throughout the North Island. You’ll be responsible for creating strong customer relationships, understanding client needs and delivering solutions that generate value for both the customer and the business. A big part of this role is about being out in the market, driving meetings and making deals that make sense commercially.
About You

Hungry to succeed, driven by results and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Previous sales experience within the agriculture, agribusiness or commodities sector.
Goal-oriented with a competitive edge and a proven track record of developing new business.
Strong communicator with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
4+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within agricultural or raw material sales.
Valid driver’s licence required.
