Front-End Developer Intern
to join our mission for a 6-month journey in Ho Chi Minh City.
We're seeking a budding developer eager to build beautiful, high-performance web experiences. This is more than an internship; it's your launchpad into the future of web development at the intersection of design and technology. You will be a vital part of our hybrid ecosystem, collaborating with our global team to deliver premium, proof-driven results for both our partners and our own business initiatives.
This role is designed to immerse you in a holistic creative environment, from concept to deployment. You will gain hands-on experience building web platforms that are not only visually stunning but also strategically sound and deeply impactful. We don't expect experts on day one; we build them. Our program is tailored to develop your capabilities, with a 6-month growth plan that adapts to your unique strengths and passions.
How You'll Contribute
Support the development and maintenance of responsive, accessible, and performant web applications and websites.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to help translate wireframes and mockups into high-quality, reusable code.
Help ensure applications are optimized for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
Research and experiment with modern front-end technologies and best practices to contribute to our workflow and products.
Support the end-to-end execution of design and development projects for outstanding web platforms and innovative digital products.
Work alongside our in-house team, freelancers, and suppliers to ensure consistent execution aligned with client vision.
Practice writing clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to learn and uphold high standards.
What We're Looking For
A Passionate Beginner:
Early in your web development journey, with a degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
A Foundational Coder:
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with frameworks like React, Vue, or Svelte is a plus.
A Design-Minded Coder:
You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect, user-friendly interfaces.
A Multi-Tasker:
You have the ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects while keeping relevant stakeholders and team informed.
A Team Player:
You have a strong work ethic and the willingness to get the job done while maintaining a supportive, empowering, and positive attitude.
Fluent in English:
Spoken and written fluency is mandatory.
Bonus Points For
Familiarity with
TypeScript, Next.js, or Astro

Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms like
Webflow or Framer

Knowledge of
